Heckard is an accomplished sales leader who brings more than 15 years of hospitality and travel industry sales experience where he focused on cultivating group sales revenue, providing exemplary client service, and bolstering brand recognition and loyalty.

Prior to joining Victory, Mr. Heckard held a variety of hospitality sales and leadership positions with organizations including Professional Travel, Ocean Properties Hotels and Resorts, Beaver Creek Lodge, Tropicana Las Vegas and Innisbrook Golf Resort.
